We're closed to most students
The Government is asking parents to keep children at home whenever possible – schools remain open only for children who need to attend.

Parent/carer feedback

Parents and carers make a valuable contribution to the continued improvement of the academy. Together we can continue to offer our children the very best.

Annual survey

In the spring of each year we send out an in-depth survey about the academy to parents. We also survey students and staff at the same time, and the results are used to plan improvements.

Ofsted Parent View

We encourage all parents/carers to give your feedback direct to Ofsted each year at https://parentview.ofsted.gov.uk/

Parent/Carer Forum

Each term, academy Principal Mr Brice invites parents and carers to join him for a tea/coffee and to talk about general issues that affect large numbers of parents/carers. (Please note that this is not a Parent’s Evening to discuss the progress of an individual child – these can be found on our events page).

Regular topics of discussion include lunches, homework/Independent Learning Tasks and planners, the MyEd app and more.

Throughout the year we hold a number of Parent Forum events, and parents are welcome to attend as many or as few as they like. We hold both morning and evening sessions throughout the year. Whilst you might not be able to make all of them, we hope everyone who wants to come has an opportunity to attend some of them.
