We are looking to recruit highly motivated, enthusiastic, individuals to supervise students during the lunchtime break.
This role is responsible for the safety, welfare and conduct of students, as well as assisting the students and encouraging positive behaviours during their lunch break. You will also work with the catering team to clean tables and deal with spillages. You will be responsible for the clean down of the dining hall once the children have left and to also deal with waste. You must have good communication skills and a good sense of humour. You must enjoy working with children and have a lot of patience. A calm manner is essential, as is the ability to carry out a demanding role under pressure. Experience of working in a school or other organisation involving direct contact with children and/or young people would be desirable but not essential.
