We are looking for a passionate qualified primary school teacher to take on an exciting role at our secondary academy. 

The purpose of the role is to support Key Stage 2-3 Transition and ensure that identified children are supported to start and maintain their secondary school career as smoothly as possible, enabling them to succeed.
