Funding

This page contains details of our financial information, including the Pupil Premium and Catch-up funding we receive.

Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium is additional funding for publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged students of all abilities and to close the gaps between them and their peers.

Introduced in April 2011 the funding, in addition to main school funding, is to help address national inequalities between the achievement of children from low-income families.

Schools receive funding for each child registered as eligible for free school meals at any point in the last 6 years and for each looked-after or adopted student.

The reports below explain how much money we have been allocated, what we spent it on last year (and what impact it had), and how we plan to spend this year’s premium.
