Year 11 dates and information
'XL' Booster sessions are now starting for Year 11. Students will be told about these morning and after-school sessions by their teachers, and parents can see an overview of the offer to students here.

From this week, our new approach to homework is now live
We expect every student, every day to complete our ‘10:10:10’ homework:
- 10 minutes of independent revision using their Knowledge Expert Sheets to prepare for a Knowledge Expert Quiz which takes place in class.
- 10 minutes of careful reading using the online ‘Sparx Reader’ platform.
- 10 minutes of maths practice using the online ‘Sparx Maths’ platform.

Early Help Assessment Co-production Award
Students and staff were awarded a special trophy by Manchester City Council to celebrate a successful co-production project with the Council’s Early Help Team.
Academy Principal Mr Glover invites you to a presentation to hear about our plans for the year

(around 1 hour duration)
Mr Glover is excited to share his vision for the year with parents and carers. We invite you to come in and hear our plans to move from "good" to "GREAT" - as well as showing you some of the building work we have undertaken over the summer.
