Bookings now open for Year 7 Progress Evening

Our teachers are looking forward to meeting you at our Year 7 Progress Evening on Thursday 6 March 2025, 4pm - 7pm. This is an in-person event taking place at the academy.
It is absolutely essential that you attend this evening where you will speak with your child’s teachers about their academic progress in school.

Travel time between appointments
Your child’s teachers will be based in one of four areas and we recommend that you give yourself time to travel between these areas:
- English and Science teachers will be in the Theatre (ground floor)
- Maths, Art, Music & Drama teachers will be in the Maths zone (1st floor)
- French, Spanish, Computing & Technology teachers will be in the Foreign Languages zone (ground floor)
- History, Geography, RE & PE teachers will be in the Humanities zone (ground floor)
There will be staff and prefects available to help you find your appointments
Important notes
In addition to the progress meetings with teachers, we will have:
- Attendance drop-in, SEND drop in and EAL drop-in - an opportunity for you to speak to a member of our teams to make sure your child’s needs are being supported (all in the MFL zone)
- Head of Year appointments/drop in - an opportunity to speak to one of your child’s Heads of Year
- PSHE information - a member of our PSHE team will be present to discuss how we teach Personal, Social, Health Education
- Free refreshments will be served throughout the evening
