Mrs McMorrow, Head of School, says she is proud of all our students, and the commitment they have shown over their GCSE courses. “I am delighted to see how positively the students responded to the support from academy staff, in terms of welfare, great lessons and booster sessions. They deserve these results that they worked so very hard for. Most importantly, they have secured the grades they need for their next steps - whether college or apprenticeship. We look forward to hearing how they get on with the next part of their journey."

We are delighted to share some of our students’ stories:

Lexia and Chelsee received some of the highest grades possible and are looking forward to studying A Levels at sixth form college.

Aydin was delighted with his results, passing all his subjects and securing the grades he needs for college. He plans to study English Language, Media and Business at Connell College.

Aaliya plans to be a doctor after studying sciences at Xaverian College. She achieved an amazing seven 9s, as well as an 8 and a 7. 

Pawel is planning to take a T Level in Engineering at Pendleton College, after achieving great results today.

Maria joined us part way through Year 11, after making a long journey from Syria via Greece and Sweden. She achieved the highest ESOL grades possible after working very hard on her English and is planning to study at Bury College. 

Jack achieved an impressive run of 8s and is planning to study Maths and Biology at Holy Cross College.
