Young Musician of the Year

Young Musician of the Year

Three talented musicians from Co-op Academy Manchester made it to the finals of the Trust's Young Musician of the Year awards on Friday 19 April at HOME

Our performers took to the stage to showcase their talents and we are very proud of all of them. We were delighted that Yilei came away with the 'Best Key Stage 4 Instrumentalist' Trophy.

Well done to all the amazing students from across our Trust who performed.

Our Manchester Survey

Manchester City Council are currently developing the next ten-year strategy for the city, the Our Manchester Strategy, and is spending time listening to people who live, work, and play in the city to understand what they want the city to be like in the future.

They want to make sure that they hear as many people as possible and are inviting you to respond to a short online survey to tell us what you want for Manchester over the next ten years.

Thanks for the Memories

On Thursday 9th May, 24 students from four Co-op Academies - including Co-op Academy Manchester - will have their own original compositions performed at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) in Manchester!

Students have taken part in a 4 month programme, learning about immune memory and responding to this through music composition!

Tickets are now live
