Co-op Academy Manchester is looking for an exceptional Site and Facilities Assistant to join us! Ideally, you will have previous experience of a caretaking/site role. This role manages all aspects of school facilities maintenance, including caretaking duties and Health & Safety responsibilities . You’ll regularly engage with the Facilities Manager, and other key stakeholders to assist in the day-to-day running of the school. You will be dedicated to ensuring that a high standard of maintenance, caretaking, cleaning and Health & Safety is maintained within and around the school. 

The Site and Facilities Assistant will undertake a range of duties regarding the general upkeep of buildings, services and the surrounding environment, ensuring the health, safety and security of the user. You will liaise with contractors to ensure the school site is fully maintained at all times. You will become part of an outstanding Support Staff team that play an integral part of our school.
